The Cayman Islands Civil Service College has been recognized as one of the top government programs in the hemisphere, in the company of agencies such as the American Heart Association, the US Department of Veteran Affairs, Texas A&M University and Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
Cayman was represented at the 'Learning &Workplace Technologies Marketplace' event by the CSC's Leadership & Learning Manager, David Stock, "The conference featured organizations and leadership that drive imagination, inspiration and innovation in the learning field, of which the CSC is proud to be a part of. Our presentation allowed us to showcase the accomplishments of the CSC and provided an opportunity to network with our peers to ensure we are consistently using best practices." he said.
Chief Officer in the Portfolio of the Civil Service, Gloria McField-Nixon also welcomed the news and applauded all involved in the initiative. "The Cayman Islands Government, as the major employer in the Cayman Islands, understands the need to invest in training and development for its staff," she said.
